UGC Policy;

iii) your use and our use of UGC will not infringe the rights of any third party or breach any applicable law or regulation
You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or procure the same from any third party where applicable) any and all moral rights and any other similar rights in connection with our usage of UGC.

You agree that the personal data that we collect from UGC will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the terms of our policy.

* Uploading any kind of sexually explicit content, including implementing paid features that principally encourage the sharing of objectionable content.

* Any content with user generated content (UGC) that lack sufficient safeguards against threats, harassment, or bullying, particularly toward minors.

* Posts, comments, or photos within an app that are primarily intended to harass or single out another person for abuse, malicious attack, adult content or ridicule.

* SPDate provided "Report" option to the all users so if any content like; images, videos etc. violating our policy users can report it to us. Along with this if any profile is with any kind of inappropriate content SPDate allow users to block it at any time.

SPDate may, in its sole discretion, remove, edit or disable User Content for any reason, including if SPDate reasonably determines that User Content violates this Agreement. SPDate does not assume any responsibility or liability for User Content, for removing it, or not removing it or other Content.
